Celebrating the 10th United Nations International Yoga Day in Chennai Jointly Organized by Born To Win Research Foundation Trust and Sustainable Development Council Chennai, June 21, 2024 – Today, the 10th United Nations International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and vigor at Pakwan, Chennai. This event, jointly organized by Born To Win and the Sustainable Development Council, witnessed the participation of 100 women coming together to embrace the spirit of yoga and holistic well-being. The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest CMA.Divya Abhishek Guest of Honour Dr.Srimathy Kesan Special Guest Shri. K Prabhakar CISF Chennai, Yoga Guru, Mona Bafna, who guided the participants through various yoga asanas and breathing techniques. Her expertise and serene approach created an atmosphere of tranquility and mindfulness, reflecting the true essence of yoga. The International Yoga Day, established by the United Nations to promote global health, harmony, and peace, was observed with a focus on empowering women through the practice of yoga.
